Who is the Core Connections Masterclass for?
The Core Connections Masterclass is designed to help women gain a deeper connection and understanding to their core muscles to help them improve their overall core and body strength.
This 2-hour class is suitable for all women, regardless of whether you are a Mom or not or whether you are 8 weeks postnatal or 18 years postnatal. It is also suitable for women in or heading towards the perimenopause years and are feeling their core muscles aren’t as strong as they were or more vulnerable. There are a lot of similarities between the postnatal and perimenopause period which I will discuss in the masterclass.
So if you would like to feel a stronger, deeper core connection - this masterclass is for you.

What will be covered in the Core Connections Masterclass?

The core is made up of many muscles, including the diaphragm, pelvic floor, abdominal wall and back muscles. To have a strong functional core these need to work in synergy. I will guide you on how to do this.

Posture & alignment can have an effect on your core mechanics so we will explore and find ways on how to change and adapt postural habits to work for your core rather than against it.

Breath work is super important for not only deep core activation but is also amazing at calming the nervous system. I will teach you breathing techniques and exercises that can do both.

You will not only learn new ways on how to access and strengthen your core muscles in isolation but also how to incorporate them into whole body strength movements or workouts. There isn’t a Kegel or crunch insight!

Too much tension in the core or body can restrict a stronger connection or healing so there will also be delicious stretches and calming meditations throughout the class to relax and release mental or physical tension.

We will also discuss nutritional tips that can help in the transitional postnatal period or perimenopause/menopause period.

This class will be informative, interactive and fun. We will get curious (not critical) about what is going on with our core muscles and body and discover new ways to move and strengthen them.
