Who is the Foundations Workshop for?
This 2 hour workshop is suitable for Moms at any stage in the postnatal period that need help & advice in strengthening their core & body. It is also suitable for Moms-to-be that would like to prepare & get a head start on exercise & nutrition in the Postnatal period.
What does the Foundations Workshop include?

A Gift Bag which includes a printed copy of The Postnatal Mom Guide which includes the topics we will cover in the workshop and lots of nutritional postnatal healing guidelines & recipes.

A link to The Postnatal Coach exercise videos which are suitable for Moms that have had the all clear from their doctor to return to exercise post-baby.

The importance of posture alignment, breath & reconnection with the breath to the core muscles in the postnatal period.

Discussion on pelvic floor issues including incontinence & prolapse & guidance on how to heal & recover from these issues.

Diastasis Recti, what is it, how do you check for it & what can you do to help heal it.

Nutritional Advice to help Moms heal and help them lose any unwanted weight if that’s your goal in the postnatal period.

The Exercise part of the workshop will be suitable for all Moms in the Postnatal period & the majority of Moms-To-Be, they will include the following -

Safe strength & functional movement exercises to help engage & strengthen the core.

Stretches to help with the pressure & strains of Motherhood.

The workshop will start & end with tea & coffee and some nutritious homemade healthy treats (all recipes provided).
