6 Week Postnatal Class (Thursdays)

What's Included?

In-Person Classes Every Thursday at 10:30AM to 11:30 for 6 Weeks in the Castleconnell Campsite Cabin (Eircode V94 TD37). Teas & Coffee & Chats after class until 12:15. Online access to 10 to 15 min recorded videos on core, strength, fitness and meditation that you can fit in anytime throughout your day. Also access to additional techniques to understand how to heal & strengthen your core and to incorporate the techniques into your busy day. Downloadable copy of The Postnatal Mom Guide with guidelines & recipes to help you support your body in the postnatal period. ** If for some reason you can't make a particular Thursday class you can come to the Friday session. ** Partial cost is sometimes redeemable through your health insurance provider depending on your individual package.
